We have four different caravan pitches available for you to choose from, to suit everyone's desires and requirements for their break. Each site has been developed with separate intentions in mind, so we would like to invite you to read about each one to help make your decision of where you want to stay for your break with us.

Family Site
Our family site offers a handful of pitches, all located close to our Brampton Valley Way access point. They have their own dedicated toilets and shower room and are completely fully serviced. The pitch is hard standing, gravel topped to allow for awning pegs to pass through and each pitch is adequate enough to accommodate a large van, awning, and vehicle on the hard pitch alone. At the end of the site, there is a turning circle and a chemical disposal point with refuse facilities and fresh water. There is also an outside washing-up area next to the private toilet and shower facilities.
Wellington View
Our Wellington View site is located overlooking the wonderful countryside, and more immediately our Wellington Fishing Lake. Completed mid-2013, there are 24 equally spaced and sized pitches available for rental for the entire year. Set out in three rows of eight pitches, we have some set close to the toilets and shower blocks for our less abled guests, and some that are a bit more private away from the main entrance road.
Each pitch is hard standing, with gravel planings on the surface to allow for metal awning pegs, although this surface is a lot harder underneath to allow for a solid base. They are fully serviced with electric hook-up, water, and grey waste drainage, with a grass divide between each pitch.
- £2 per night for an additional car (a single car is included in the price)
- £5 per night for an extra occupant on site
- This site is adults only - so this means no children are allowed to visit this site, even if they aren't staying to respect other customers who have chosen Adults Only.
- The site is fully serviced, with toilet and shower facilities, ELSAN, and a refuse/recycling area.
- Leveling ramps/stabilising chocks are recommended as there is a slight incline on the pitches for drainage, as the site is constructed into a camber.
- Water and drainage may require up to 20m of electric cable, and up to 20m of drainage hose, dependent on your van
- We only recommend heavy-duty awning pegs.
Wellington Lakeside
Wellington Lakeside is a prime location that includes more than our standard pitches. We have 15 extra-large pitches that enable you to drive on without unhooking, reversing, or turning, so you can make a quick start to your holiday without the stress of parking. These pitches are extra special as they include 2 fishing pegs per pitch. Each pitch is set lengthways around Wellington Lake, which makes it very private and spacious. Our fisheries rules and regulations apply to this site, so please read them before arrival as to not disappoint & bring the correct equipment. A valid rod license is required at all times. Please ensure you bring upto 20m of grey waste pipe and electric cable.
Waterloo View Motorhome Site
Waterloo View Motorhome site is a very private and picturesque site overlooking our original Waterloo Lake. There are only 3 pitches here next to our beautiful Log Cabins, so it does get booked up quite quickly. Each pitch has hard standing with electricity point, drinking water, and grey waste drainage. There is room for your motorhome and an awning on each pitch.
The Price for Waterloo View is £36.00 April-October and £22.00 November-March based on 2 adults.
