What our customers say…
"Waterloo farm leisure, we were in the log cabin butterfly, it is suitable for the disabled, I do use a Wheelchair sometimes & I would have got around in it comfortably, but just beware the ramp is a bit steep, but that's the only thing. omg it has been the best place we have stayed in, very specious lovely, very clean, nice & quiet, very good fishing & there are some big one's in there. Everybody is very helpful & will bend over backwards to help you. I left something behind, I rang when I realised & they found it & have sent it back to me. The tea rooms are very good all Home cooked food & it's very nice food too. Especially it's cakes. we stayed for a week & I had a lovely relaxing holiday while the other half enjoyed the fishing." - Stayed September 2025
"What a wonderful site! Our second visit and will not be our last. Our stay at this site was wonderful. It started with a very welcoming arrival, with no hassle getting to our pitch at the side of Wellington lake. The pitches are large with plenty of room.Toilet and shower facilities are very clean and adequate. The Cafe /restaurant and bar, just a very short walk from our van. They serve excellent meals including breakfast Sunday lunch! ( advise to book) and a selection of beverages.Very dog friendly as long as rules are adhered to. Thankyou Philip for making our dog Maggie so welcome, she loved the treats. Nothing was too much trouble for Philip, he even brought our Saturday newspaper in ( by request). The Fishing was remarkable, brilliant catches! What a dream being able to fish by the lake so close to our motorhome.
All the staff at Waterloo leisure are wonderful very friendly and welcoming. We definitely will be returning . Thankyou for making our stay so pleasurable" -Stayed August 2025
